Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in offering unique vintage furniture pieces, each with its own character and history. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Please review our policy below regarding returns and order cancellations.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by notifying us via email at info@avlasvintage.eu. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted, as processing and shipping arrangements may have already commenced.
Returns
While we do not offer refunds, we do accept returns for store credit in specific cases, such as:

The item arrived significantly different from its description.

The item was damaged in transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence of packaging and damage).
If your return request is approved, you will receive store credit for the value of the item, excluding shipping costs.

Conditions for Returns
For an item to be eligible for store credit, it must:

Be returned within 7 days of receiving approval.

Be in the same condition as received, without additional damage or modifications.

Be shipped with appropriate protective packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used, altered, or modified after delivery.

Items purchased in a clearance sale or marked as “Final Sale.”

Custom or personalized furniture pieces.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Returns should be sent to:

Store Credit
If your return is accepted, you will receive store credit for future purchases. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
